Chapter 3: Week 31 progress

Not a lot of progress in the numbers because I'm currently testing everything for chapter 3. There's a lot of tweaking and editing to do, but I'm really close to being completely finished with the chapter! Still, it's unlikely that I'll finish before December rolls around, so it's looking like I'll be putting the December charges on hold.
I still expect to be done very soon. If all goes smoothly, this might be the last progress report for chapter 3, but we'll see how things go with this testing phase.
Nothing else to report.

No, I only meant that it won't be done by Dec.1, when the December charges get processed. It was something I decided to do a while ago as a motivator for finishing the update as quickly as possible.
