We have another LIT Naked & Serious episode, with Guest, Brian Elliott! Again, I find myself chatting naked with a new friend/kind of stranger & what a Blast it always ends up being. Brian is admittedly a "blatant hypocrite", which is just hysterical in itself. Plus, his energy is so light, silly & fun loving, it's contagious! It's always fun to have guests on that can make fun of themselves, because I believe that is the true sign of Self-Acceptance & Self-Love. We Are All Flawed! There is no shame in knowing so, because this is where growth comes from. & in admitting it is where Human Connection gets stronger.
