Dev Update

Good day all. I wanna break down the status of the upcoming build below:

So some good news and some not so good.

 ·        First off the build script is done, and is through the first round of edits, its a chonker of a build so sweet Azzy has been rolling up his sleeves and working really hard on it. Once I clear up the first edits it'll be back to Azzy for round two!!

·        Next off BG's. As this build has a lot of cinematic shots we are pulling out a lot of shots and have brought in additional artists to make sure we can keep the workflow moving at a good pace. With some already being shown off. We're on track to get these feasts for the eyes in at a lovely pace.

·        Music is gearing up for first drafts. HyenaBlood has just moved house!!! So happy for him and his husband, though the stress of moving and cleaning up the old place is always a headache (I remember my last move). Greyson as well has just come back from a fantastic time at Confuzzled and has had both a great relaxing time, as well as amazing networking opportunities (fingers crossed on future secrets) We'll share some of the parts of what they create in a later update ;3 · Sprites and something special is where we are having a few hiccups. Poor Basch has been struck with power outages and surges which has caused massive delays but also fried his primary PC. We're still working ahead and around things, but having to shift expected timeframes now. We'll be catching up soon to try and decide what to prioritise, we may end up releasing the Patreon build with some WIPS, though if we need more time we will take it.

 So overall we're in a great part of the development. Our Renpy team with Coby and Vrittle have the hardest job ahead which will be to put all the parts together in a cohesive and action packed manner. I'll be assisting with that as much as I can (which is really me trying to get my directions and thoughts across, but Coby always takes my notes and flies away with them in amazing ways I would never have thought of, and Vrittle always buckles down with coding solutions. Both of which are super appreciated.

We will still aim for an end of month situation, but depending on what assets need the time to get in means we may have to change release date. I will be as clear and transparent with progress as we go forward and get closer and closer to completion.
