FROST-PANPC Patch Updated for 2.0.8

This patch is maintained as a collaborative effort between myself and the FROST team, and will help ensure a nice, stable, smooth experience as you get your butt righteously kicked in the world of FROST.
I've just updated the patch for PANPC 2.0.8. The new update adds all of FROST's weather systems to the new weather visibility system, preventing enemy NPCs from being able to see you a mile away in snow-blind whiteout conditions.
The new update also changes up all of the Arena teams to FROST enemies, ranging from relatively simple hand-to-hand Survivors to nasty blastfests with Alliance snipers and military remnants. Good for use if you just want a bit of combat training (especially if used with the GreslinGames Test Suite, in one of the test areas).
Patch now available for download on the GreslinGames Discord as well as the official GreslinGames patch repository.
