I feel like them being so cautious nowadays makes it far less likely that rape or cp will happen, however on the contrary it could also mean that this cautiousness allows more trust to build between victim and predator overtime.

You were angry to the predator who said he would feel safer if the 13 year old was “slutty” instead of being a “Good person” that he would meet them.
