Daggan multiplayer, September update

Big new update for the browser build, now you can build stuff on the map:
- unlock building skills
- some skills require the forge now to be used
- builder mode
- test the system with the forge and a wall
- team colors implemented
- procedural material for damages and building progression

You now what, I'm not late on its development and that's weird :O I'll spend the rest of the month fixing and polishing this new update. For October, I plan to work on the AI and the controllable NPCs.
