Bites Series Story So Far (story synopsis)

Long read for those who want a refresh or maybe some little bites of info not yet learned!

As Never Enough Bites has been going for a while I was hoping to share some of my thoughts on the story and themes that I had in mind going into this as how it impacted the story over all.

As a follow up to Just One More Bite I wanted to explore more of the theme of persuasion and acceptance and how it be very different with viewpoints. Just One More Bites introduced Liz and her ability to strongly influence a person to follow their desires. So long as there is some common theme between her and the one who hears that phrase, they will be compelled to follow any actions required to make that desire reality. As this power depends on Liz’s desires somewhat matching who hears it, it will only work on those who either really love food, big bodies, or if earlier in the comic people who are actively holding back on a desire they deeply want to dive into.

The Phrase worked on Alex as she desires indulgence, she desires a better life where she has it easy, where she can have all, she wants without drawbacks. Along the way Alex learned her love of her own bigger body and gained at an accelerated rate. As Liz strongly desired all the same things Alex did.

With Gina, she was just a food lover, someone who held back because she thought it would get in the way of the lifestyle she loved. However, with Liz’s help she was able to keep both her lifestyle and am ample supply of food, despite her size slowing her down somewhat.

With Christina, someone who despised being fat and the judgement people had for her, she was only impacted by her overwhelming love of food. Without this tie Just One More Bite would be useless.

Emily was impacted by those words strongly as her desires for Liz were so held back that they were a core part of her character, the phrase pushed this normally shy reserved girl into the role of a Mastermind... a role she was very ill suited for. How will that work out? Well, it depends on how Liz feels about her motives.

You might ask about Hana? Hana was never impacted by the phrase, she may have never directly heard it, or was thinking of something else, blocking it out entirely when in ear shot. Hana just naturally has low self-control and is often very absent minded, but loves when people pay attention to her and spoil her.

Let's move on to Christina’s power. Never Enough Bites is a power born of desperation. Christina was teased for her weight her whole life. While always chubby her parents kept her in check until she moved out in college. She rapidly gained weight when left to her own. She was teased for this so much, so often, and so aggressively that she began to hate her body. But even so her hunger, her appetite, her ravenous desire to stuff her face was always growing, as was her body as a result. Wanting more than anything for people to understand that feeling, to have the same crushing desires for food that she had, allowed her powers awakened in the form of transference.

When stressed out about her size, about how people are treating her, she is able to pass on those ravenous desires to anyone who hears that phrase. No one is immune from this. While it will eventually fade and Christina will regain those food craving, often times the rapid shifts in lifestyles of the girls who hear this make it hard for them to return to their previous fitness level.

When used on Liz for the first time Christina was just starting to put weight back on. With her life in the mansion, she had no one to pass those desires on, and Liz’s teasing set her over the edge.

However, as months went on Christina was given the budget and privacy to indulge in food, she would have never had the chance to before leading to her rapid gain. When she was confronted by Caitlyn later on, she had grown used to her big body, and the lack of judgement. Her powers did not take effect. Maybe if Caitlyn or Emily had made more frequent visits, or pushed her just a little harder they might be having trouble fitting in their stylish clothing right now.

Emily and Caitlyn have no such powers. Emily wanted nothing more than to be with Liz, and was devastated when her chubby boss lost all the weight that made her special. Knowing Liz and Christina both had some form of ability to manipulate people she sent the one person who she knew could do it without some silly phrase. Caitlyn spent her life as a dominatrix and was used to pushing people around, delivering an equal dose of pain and pleasure.

Emily's entire theme was using people to push her needs and manipulating people to follow her wants using these people, however as someone with no experience on either side of domination failed to do this in any real capacity putting this whole story in motion.

Caitlyn however had always been searching for a person who could see just how vital pleasure was to a life style. While feeder stuff was nothing she had considered before, seeing the pain and pleasure a massive meal could bring, and how she could control every single bite, converted her into an avid novice of this life style.

Over all this comic was about people wanting things they denied themselves of, and the different ways they dealt with these desires. If you have any questions about this plot feel free to ask in the Comic discussion on discord, I would love to go into the story more.
