More RPG Game Updates

Recently I have been putting in more time into my mixed fighting RPG game, so I thought I would share some updates here. I've thrown out some of my old character designs in lieu of new ones, but the map and the story I've been planning to use for the game have remained the same.

The general outline of the story will go like this:

A young male streetfighter decides to leave his suburban village and head to the big city in order to chase down a former female member of his gang. Upon arrival, he learns that street fighting is popular amongst girls, not just boys, in the city. The streetfighter must battle all sorts of girls while searching for his former gang member, and will learn that hard way that sometimes his suburban fighting techniques are no match against the strength, skills, and stamina that urban girls are capable of.

The excitement of the game will come from "street fighting" scenes between the protagonist and girls in the city. At the start of the game, the player learns that the he is the strongest fighter in their little suburban village, but that the sort of unrefined fighting style that he uses doesn't necessarily translate well in the big city. The protagonist will have to do battle will girls who have various different backgrounds that give them an edge in their fights.

For example, the protagonist might find himself up against a weightlifting girl with superior muscle strength, or a gymnast who has greater control over her body than the protagonist could ever have over his own. He may even face girls who use their feminine charms to distract the streetfighter and gain the upper hand, and girls who use erotic techniques to wear him down, manhood first.

My goal is to create a lot of different female characters for the player to go up against. The more I can make, the more natural the flow of the game will feel. Losing to a female character will not abruptly end the game with a gameover screen. Instead, the player will be able to continue the game normally, and decide if they want to return for a rematch immediately, or lick their wounds and look for somebody else to challenge. I want the player to find themselves in situations where they pick a fight with a girl, lose, and realize that they have to fight weaker girls and gain EXP before they are strong enough to have a rematch with the first girl again.

I won't be able to spend a lot of time on every single character but there will be some, especially the stronger ones, who I would like to implement more dynamic fights for. Throughout their battles, some girls may change their stances to switch up their status effects, or perhaps telegraph their next move. This will also hopefully provide a richer visual experience for the player as well.

I plan to have full-width images for when the boss characters, and some of the side of the characters, defeat the player, to serve as a sort of cutscene. The girls will use these moments to rub the player's face in their loss, and the scenes will almost always end in an erotic way, where the player character's manhood will defeated as well. This may be typical of a game like this, so I also plan on incorporating full-width images mid-battle for some of the girls as well.

These mid-battle images may occur when an enemy uses a special move, or has the player in a hold, etc. I am hoping to do this as much as possible, especially with the more important female characters in the game, to up the excitement of these battles. It is my intention to make this game very battle-focused, so I really want to keep the visuals fresh!

Please stay tuned for more updates on my game. Perhaps next time I will share my plans for the mechanics and the combat system. I plan to keep things clean and not too complicated, so the player can focus on getting immersed in the game's mixed fighting scenarios.
