Silent Hill Transmission

Here I am boofin and goofin on the Super Duper Bloober Team Trailer Dream known as The Silent Hill 2 Remake, as well as a movie and some dumb merch and a bunch of stupid DLC. It's gonna be bad of course, but i'm probably gonna play it anyway.
I recently replayed both Silent Hill 2 and 3, and i'm not at all surprised to report they both hold up flawlessly and are still masterpieces, so attempting to remake this at all is as pointless as it is futile. They can't make it any better, it's already perfect. It can only be a downgrade in every way.
But it doesn't really matter. I said the same thing about Final Fantasy 7 a million years ago and nobody listened so why would I expect anything different? I'm not even the only one saying it this time.
Many fans have noticed the worrisome elements in this trailer that i pretty much expected, and it seems like most people agree with my opinion, which takes the fun out of having one. So i change mine. Now I'm looking forward to this, and will be having a wonderful time no matter what. You can't stop me from loving all video games, even the ones i hate. Especially the ones i hate.
Unlike the Final Fantasy fanbase which will weep with joy and coom themselves in celebration over any dumb bullshit Square-Enix vomits up into their mouths, Silent Hill fans have been notoriously impossible to please for decades, so for once i get to say lighten up people, it can't possibly be any worse than Downpour.
