Resident Evil 0
Added 2023-10-01 04:40:13 +0000 UTCIt's still September for another half hour but fuck September, September sucks. Let's get a head start on scary month with a scary game. It's another classic Resident Evil. But this one is only classic in the sense it's old. The scariest thing about Resident Evil 0 is the lack of a coherent inventory system, and the cumbersome ass player switching.
I think i posted a video of the train part of this pain train of a game at some point in the last year or 5. I don't remember, i live in a timeless vortex of hell. There is only the present and the present is a gift, but most of the time that gift is just a gift-wrapped box of crap. Anyway if you were smugly assuming i'd never continue the RE 0 series because i hate it, you don't know me very well. They haven't made a hateful game yet that i haven't hated so bad i played it even more.
It's me, the Hateful Gamer. That could have been my youtube name if i had been smarter and stuck to a single gimmick. Instead i'm the Endless One whose gimmick is everything, which really just means infinitely more work for infinitely less reward.
The curse of the endless is never finishing and all my returns are forever diminishing. Just finish me already. I'm waiting on the Fatality so i can rise again as the undead which is more alive than I am currently. Then i'll party. I'll do the Headless Boogie. I'll be more like the FUNdead cause i'll put the fun in it, which is more than RE 0 accomplishes.
Am i being too hard on this game? Yes. Also, who cares? Nothing i say here matters or is real, unless i say it do, which i'm doesn't.
