Is a fursuit worthy of pursuit (heh)

Obviously I would use it to make videos and take pictures, as well as go to cons with it.
I'm worried my characters are so colorful and complicated it may be difficult to make a suit that is really awesome and a good representation of the character. I either want to go all the way 100% and get something awesome, or I don't want to do it at all.

Not entirely sure of your financial situation but if you can afford it, know you'll use it a lot, and know you'll really love it, then yeah go for it.
