Changes for publishing TerrariaCraft!

Until this point, all mod releases were uploaded both to Patreon and Discord!
From now on, TerrariaCraft files will only appear on TerrariaCraft discord server (patreon area), and this place is going to be open for everyone to see updates as text.
This will allow newcomers to analyze how far we have gotten in the mod development, and how worthy it is to subscribe to latest and greatest!
