If you remember, I ran a second-place poll a month back. Camie (My Hero Academia) just barely edged out Magik.
The scene I ended up drawing features fan-favorite, Midnight, chloroforming Camie.
Something you should know about Midnight: her quirk is called "Somnambulist", which involves her emitting sleep gas from her body! Perhaps we'll see that power used in the animated version of this piece?
