Complete Bottle Workflow. PT04: Creating a Scene

In the final part of this tutorial series, we finish off the label and lid texturing for our wine bottle, and then create a scene to show it off in all its glory.

We will go over more texturing, lighting, some redshift post-fx, and of course, rendering!

I hope you have all really enjoyed this series - I'd love to know which part you found the most valuable in this series. Let me know in the comments below!

Many thanks,
Ross

Hi Luis, thank you so much for the kind words and for your detailed response! I'll definitely do some more videos on achieving these realistic, closeup shots. These types of shots are very popular with clients so it only makes sense to show you how I achieve these. Thank you again, I really appreciate it!

Will be available soon, just need to prepare it properly :)

"Amazing work, Ross, as always, Thanks so much! But I have a suggestion. I know you're aware of it, but because I admire what you do so much and learn from you every day, I felt compelled to mention the following: In my personal opinion, the real value and true uniqueness of your style lie in applying fine art and professional product photography to high-end 3D rendering. As far as I know, you are the only Patreon 3D artist (and I've researched many of them). From that perspective, I'd like to friendly ask you to focus on achieving extremely close-up renders. Close-ups often bring out the most value in your amazing lighting and the use of procedural Redshift materials. So, while your composition with the bottle is amazing, don't get me wrong, I would greatly appreciate it if you could further develop that material into 2 or 3 amazing close-up renders where the reflections, refractions of the glass and liquid, as well as the lighting, truly shine. I believe it is also a way to stick consistently to your style; your previous posts of creating a studio setup in combination with the Bo Models cocktail scene and the Zara diffuser tutorials (all of them focused on close-ups) are simply the best I have seen so far in the 3D scene and I've taken all Maxon and School of Motion advanced courses, so I have seen some. So I would greatly appreciate in the following posts, please much more emphasis and focus on how to get close-up, high-quality renders right."
