Our Cinderelly dress scene diorama is now available from the downloads folder! This one was based on an old tattoo design I made long before PoisonApple became a thing, so I've taken a bit of artistic liberty with the perspective and scale etc, but obviously you're free to play around with it and customise it however you please.
The full model is set at 200 x 180 x 180 but it can be resized as you like ensuring you adjust the scale of all pieces at the same time. Resin would be the ideal print material due to all the tiny details and fine areas on the mice such as their tales and arms, but its still perfectly printable on larger scale FDM.
The diorama comes in many many parts including all of our previously released Cinderella mice (even the ones that didn't make it into my final design) and a bunch of little bobbins, buttons and beads for you to decorate it however you please. I didn't want to make the overall scene feel too busy by adding in all the mice but obviously you're free to play about with it as you please.
I've included 3 printing files for the dress itself, one is cut with flat areas for printing the fabric and birds separately - the top fabric piece attaches to the tip of the mannequin head and along the back shoulder of the dress. The bottom fabric piece attaches to the bottom of the dress and the back bow area.
The dress is also available uncut for anyone who just wants to print a model of a pretty dress, and finally as a full model with all the birds and fabric already attached for anyone who just wants an easy life. All the pieces can be permanently attached together with a bit of glue or curing resin.
As always if you have any questions or issues please let me know, coming next its the start of a brand new month full of magical models, with our monthly mouse intro out shortly!
