The cuteness of this GIF contrasts with what J's mom might say to you; however, it will vary based on how you behaved during the family dinner and whom you're romancing! It's a good idea to carefully heed what she says. This section I'm teasing relates to something specific. 😉💜

The lavender twilight you explored in has been supplanted by night, dark shadows blanketing the land aside from weak pockets of light. You glance back at the Corvin's home, a beacon of familiarity after all of this time. The drive back is going to be dark since the rural roads aren't very well-lit, which is something Mrs. Corvin is still cautioning you about while you're thinking.
"…the right of way is a fickle thing, especially when everyone wants to claim it's theirs…"
She has loaded B down with lasagna and leftovers, happy to share her cooking.
"Also, try not to let yourself be led astray by distractions, [Name]," Mrs. Corvin directly advises you, her lips curling in mirth in spite of her serious delivery. "The deer are out, especially the little ones… One stray glance could spell trouble."

Her advice will hit differently depending on your MC's personality and what became of Book One's Bambi; however, it's up to you to determine if it's part warning. She is protective of her family first and foremost. Still, it seems possible to earn her care based on how you treat her children/her home.
