A cold wind blows from the mountains...
The White Dragon Lair was such a treat to work on as a project. Thanks to your amazing support, I was able to take a bit of time to work on this pack as not just a series of map variants. Between the design work I do for my rent money and our tabletop maps, I usually don't have much time to sit down and just paint something cool for myself. This one was definitely a much needed vacation from art to make other art!
The map itself features the standard icy cavern with a narrative twist. A giant mammoth skull hangs over an even larger jawbone of some primordial behemoth. Perhaps it was a creature from far ancient days in the beginnings of the world. Or it's simply a sculpture carved out of the ice walls, left behind by the previous residents. Either way, it'll certainly strike a few story prompts...and I'm betting more than one rogue already has plans to drop that skull onto an unsuspecting enemy waiting below...
This pack is our monthly freebie and as such does not contain that usual amount of variants. It does however, come with a story illustration you can use as splash art to introduce the scene to your party...or as a new desktop wallpaper. I've also included two dragon tokens sized for Roll 20 at 4x4 squares. Plop them in as an ancient dragon, or scale them down for something moderately less terrifying.
In housekeeping news, there was a great turnout for the map poll this month. "The Swamp Lich" is already well underway and aims to be the next pack to hit your tabletops. The next clear winner was "Isle of Dreams," which I'm hoping to give a Mists of Avalon meets the Feywild vibe and release as the last pack of the month.

Hi there, thanks for catching this! There was an issue with formatting and uploading via the mobile app. Everything now looks to be working as intended, and I'll keep an extra eye on this problem for future mobile uploads.
