🚨 EA/The Sims Update Incoming — 9/18/25 🚨

Family, EA and The Sims are dropping an update on September 18, 2025. Y’all already know the drill: updates can break mods, cause incompatibility issues, or sometimes slide through without touching a thing. It’s a gamble every time, so here’s what you need to do to keep yourself safe:

✅ Turn off automatic updates in the EA App
✅ Back up your saves, Mods folder, and anything important
✅ If you don’t want to update yet, play in offline mode
✅ Stay in the loop with me and your other favorite CC/mod creators

👉 I will NOT be answering “how-to” questions about updates. My job is to provide my mods, test them, and make sure they work. Please use your best judgment and do your research before flooding comment sections.

💛 Friendly PSA: STOP taking every piece of advice you see in random Facebook groups and comment sections as gospel. Some tips are helpful, but remember — each game setup is different. Also, when you see folks saying “XYZ is broken,” keep in mind that some people never even updated from the last patch, so their info may not apply to you.

My word of advice? Focus on YOUR game and YOUR issues only. Then problem-solve from there.

⚠️ Important Disclaimer: ALL of my mods rely on the XML Injector. If XML Injector is broken after this update… you guessed it — my mods will be broken too. In that case, sit tight, breathe, and give it time.
