Heart of the Woods Progress Update: August

Hello everyone! Rachel here with a progress update for Heart of the Woods!

It’s been an extremely busy month for everyone on the team as we continue to push towards release. Adi and Minute have been working tirelessly to get the Chinese translation for the demo polished and ready to upload, and you can expect to be able to play it (drumroll please) tomorrow! We’re putting the finishing touches on it right now, so please look forward to it!

Josh and I have put together a bunch of new scenes this month, a number of which will have unique CGs that Rosuuri has put together for us this month as well. We’ve also got a number of scenes ready to be scripted, work on which will start in earnest in the next couple weeks. Rosuuri is also working on finishing up some new sprites which we’re sure you’ll love when you see them in game!

That’s all for this month, but with the Chinese translation out the door and our schedules cleared out from the chaos of last month, we’ll be pushing forward with even more progress in September. We can’t wait to share it with you!
