Sea Wizard
Added 2023-02-18 17:29:47 +0000 UTCA maritime mage and what is either his double, his familiar, or possibly a deific patron. He wields a powerful seafoam staff, which can be summoned directly from the ocean, or if need be, from his own blood.
Columns of ocean water rise and crystallize just offshore, attracting many lifeforms and spirits in the waters in and around them, and nourishing tidepools and kelp forests.
His magic and training protects him from the chill of the water, so that clothing is merely a decoration.
