And hawks lord hawks, would be such a sneaky kitsune and AHHHHHHH Enji being left as an offering at a shrine to "stop the calamities/crops failing", only for hawks to be the kitsune guardian of the shrine and he just takes Enji in and they live together and MY BRAIN IS MAKING A WHOLE FUCKEN NARRATIVE HOLY GOD.
