New benefits?

For tier 2, I was thinking about collective commission. It would be an idea suggested by Tier 2 and voted on if there's more than one suggestion.
Tier 3 would get personalized 3d sketch or profile pictur or low poly art that may include a character
Another thing could be "choose their fate" style of voting for tier 2
What do you think?
