I’m feeling super excited to be heading back and catching up with Ryotaro, Natsuki and the gang at Tokyo Creative; I keep daydreaming about sitting on the shores of the Sea of Japan with the snow blowing across my face, and then going into a nice warm cozy izakaya pub with Natsuki and eating ten plates of Yakitori.
- I look forward to turning that dream into reality in the next two weeks (and then sticking it in a Patreon vlog).

I'd be interested in knowing about this too. As far as I've found out in my very basic reading the vowel sounds don't change so is it kind of like if you pronounce things properly you'll be understood or can you end up in a similar situation to a guy from Kent trying to understand a drunk Scotsman?

Well, that last series won Best Drama at the National TV Awards this week. The actress playing mum-in-law also won an Irish TV BAFTA (IFTA, I think) for playing her so well. This may yet be my proudest boast, fame by association (Also the knowledge that I supplied a lot of the details to Mum in laws biographer., and the series writer took them as his inspiration) I do hope you get to watch it, Most of my friends won't watch it as they find it too violent.
