My personal favorite combo is mouth sounds and ear blowing or breaths. But ear taps or lobotomy with the breathing is also very lovely. I'm not sure how it would sound but slow moving of the finger on or around the ear in a slow circular motion seems like it would sound nice...maybe lol.

I really like bodily sounds like heartbeats, breathing sounds but not as in blowing but the sound of breathing through the chest, gut noises the whole belly area, it's a really fun noise zone... I find those sounds extremely soothing other than that, I like ear massage with lots of oil/cream, very wet
