Great episode!! So many Easter eggs. Did anyone else notice the R5 unit? That could be the same R5 the Jawas tried to sell to Luke, Owen, and Veru in A New Hope.

Possibly some of the most important, well crafted, and brilliantly directed moments of Star Wars I’ve watched in many many years. The potential of this show and how it could inform future flag pole movies in the SWU is huge. They’re finally getting it, but delivering it in a style that keeps us guessing. What an episode. This sets up conflict between two ideologies, with a force using child’s future in the balance. An untrained force user at that, close to the owner of the Dark Sword? A fundamentalist cult whose own creed is slowly killing itself from within by enforcing dogma. Sound familiar? Two opostates from those two ideologies. One Mandolorian, one Jedi. Asoka has choices to make, as does Din Jarin, as does Grogu. Can I just throw in that we have the new actors for Han, and Lando available too? They have a lot of toys to play with now over at Lucasfilm. My only question is where Luke fits in, and what point to they transition from CG Luke to Sebastian Stan? Regardless, this show is about to resurrect a Star Wars mythology more in keeping with the true values of the franchise respecting the characters and the wider lore. For the first time in a long time I feel we have custodians of our shared passion that feel the same way the majority of fans do. This is too important to too many people to disregard the cultural importance these stories have and the investment the fans have in their future. Sounds silly, but these are more than just movies and shows, these characters are woven into our lives in ways I don’t think even we fully understand. It matters to us, and I’m so relieved to love Star Wars again.

The only reason I don't suspect the Armorer is Sabine is because we all know how she was when it came to her expressing herself with her art. The Armorer's look would be ALOT flashier if it was Sabine.

Absolutely crazy episode. The Easter eggs were mad! The pod racing canyon, the Naboo starfighter, the rod Han used to try and stop the trash compactor in the imperial ship etc. The Mandalore stuff was MAUUDD, reminded me of Terminator, the ring planet looked straight out of Halo as well lol
