News Feed Progress

I'm super excited to share the progress shots of the news feed. If you're a Patron, you can see all these live on the site! (If you aren't a Patron, you'll just see the home page.)
So far, you'll see news items for:
- New Images
- New Characters
- New Comments
- New Forum Threads
It's also configured to group together similar events, so if a user uploads a bunch of images in a row, they will be condensed into one news entry. I thought that'd be nice, and cut back on spam.
As it sits right now, the actual following mechanism is yet to be built, so the feed (at least while it's a Patreon WIP) is global and shows activity across the entire site.
Do note that this is going to run alongside a notification system, which will send you notifications for activity in your forum threads / image comments / favorites / etc. I'm also planning a messaging system!
All of these things will slowly become available to Patrons first, as promised, and then to the public once they're (for the most part) finished.
