I’ve also within the past few months started being more expressive about my emotions and more willing to acknowledge myself and my own feelings. Although things get hard and will get hard, processing your feelings and understanding why you feel this way is a powerful skill to give ownself encouragement and strength. It’s good to remember how much we have to be grateful. But never disregard the things that we have to go through just because “we have it better”. A battle is a battle in life. One step at a time. We are here to support you!!
