It's been a good week!

I feel like the rut I was in is diminishing now! Feeling happier than ever before. I had an amazing Asia trip in Hong Kong and Singapore, I've got my car back (after a minor accident 8 months ago), bought an awesome bicycle today, picking up lots of dates and created more content for Patreon this afternoon. My spark is back and I'm excited to share more here!

Also I’m heading off to Melbourne soon, followed by Asia soon! (Hong Kong followed by Singapore - yay!) Otherwise I’m hanging out in Sydney or the mountains. 🏡

I’m booking a whole bunch of flights and might finally visit USA for a proper trip later this year. 🇺🇸 I’ve only visited once in my life.

My previous post was a little story and I don’t know what the future holds for me right now.

Just reflecting that it’s been almost six years since all this content on Patreon has been made. Hopefully I’ll be able to smile and shine my light soon so I’ll be able to share more. 🙏

Thank you for being patient as I know I’ve been very absent here. My last big heartbreak was back in 2017, which was one big driver that started my Viv life that you have been following over the years! Despite the pain, I guess some big change will happen again. 🥹❤️‍🩹

Another little story

As mentioned, it’s been a period of ups and downs since the beginning of the year. However, I know it’ll lead to growth in the end. ❤️‍🩹

I’m sure most of you would have experienced heartbreak as a result of a breakup and I hoped it wouldn’t come to this in my life but it has. It’ll definitely change me in many ways. I spent most of my 20s single, then met a wonderful soul. I didn’t think it was possible to meet someone, especially for my line of work - where judgement usually overrides any effort to really get to know me as another human. It was a very beautiful relationship and I’m glad love, kindness and respect always remained but sometimes timing is an issue. I wish it didn’t have to be this way but it’s true nothing in life is permanent.

I’m not sure what lies ahead in the future. However, a few have reached out as I’ve been a little absent here. Thank you for being so patient and kind with me. ❤️

I got myself into a little rut but I'm making a comeback.

It's been quite an emotional year - I'm glad I've allowed myself to be. :) I'm missing little Minty lots since he passed away (see tattoo on my left arm if you're not aware of my favourite little guy) so it's been hard to adjust being home. Work has been a little quiet which has made me a little unmotivated but everything is starting to grow again! :) I didn't think I would ever get into a little rut but from getting to know many people over the years, we all experience this and it's not a problem at all as long as we do what is best for ourselves. I've been getting into my yoga practice and creative outlets again. Super grateful to the people I've been catching up with online and in person to share all this with. x

I purchased a very nice Sony camera before my travels so I'm looking forward to being in front and behind the camera more and more.

It's been a little bit of a journey over the past couple of weeks! From Sydney to Kuala Lumpur to Mumbai to Bangalore. I really liked India though and hope to go back. Lucky me is nice and settled in London right now. :) I've had some awesome adventures here already and will be in and out of UK and Europe until mid-November. :)

I've been planning final tours for the year! I will be travelling for almost two months from mid-September. See me around Kuala Lumpur, Mumbai, London, Paris and Hong Kong. Would like to try Singapore but I'll think about it. 8)

It’s been years since I’ve visited! Ahah I used to take photos of my dog and friends sleeping and now it’s happening back to me. 🤣

Home 🏡

It’s been a journey over the past few weeks, reevaluating what home is without Minty. 🐶 I’ve been feeling though that the universe will always give you what you need - even if it’s not pleasant. Change always leads to growth. I’ve got some exciting things happening and potentially expanding what home is in many ways. 😊

From darkness to light

It's been a tough period but I'm doing okay! Been cleaning the house and creating space for the new to enter my life. x Been practising yoga lots as well.

These photos are from mid-May, the day before I flew to Bali. 🥹 Appreciate these pictures so much more, as most of you know that Minty passed away last Saturday - the hardest decision I’ve ever had to make. ❤️‍🩹 He lived a long and healthy life and I’m so grateful I had the time and financial means to fly back to Sydney last weekend. ✈️ This was possible from all the support from my clients and fans. 🙏 He took his final breaths in my arms and I’m sure he’s safe and lively on the other side. 🌈

Thank you again everyone for all the support on following my journey as most of you knew how much of a companion he was for me. ☺️🐶

I just landed in Sydney to transition Minty over to the other side. 🌟 It’s a time for grieving but I will be celebrating the wonderful 14 years this little guy has lived. He has shown me what unconditional love is and has brought so much joy into this world. 🐶✨ I will see you on the other side one day you little cutie. 🌈

I’ve entered a new chapter 🥳✨🏝️

Spent the weekend with friends in Uluwatu, have been absorbing myself in the rich knowledge of Hatha yoga, had a beautiful dinner for my birthday with a special present from a special friend as well as kirtan night in the community. 🎶

I somewhat miss home but so much transformation happening here! 🌈

I arrived in Canggu, Bali a week ago for another yoga teacher training. 😋 I had my first surf lesson ever today and I didn’t fall catching my first wave. 😂 I get upgraded to a proper board tomorrow. Hehehe. 🏄‍♀️✨🌊

it’s been a tough past week but super grateful 🕊️✨

Life seems to be doing what it does and throwing the unexpected… grief isn’t something I’ve experienced much of and my family sadly lost my sister in law earlier this week. 😔❤️‍🩹

However, as much as it’s hard to deal - I’m super grateful for the tight bonds and connections I’m lucky to have in my family, friendships and career. 🤍
