The Wabbajack update doesn't reinstall, doesn't even need the previous mods available, as it reads the contents of the mods installed and only downloads what has changed at that level. Living Skyrim 2.x updates a lot. I also updated my live version of US, (from Automaton) with the unofficial Wabbajack installer.
