Yes, that's what the character is called and yes she wields a whip as her weapon. This is a commissioned project, but GDC also kindly provide the outfit and accessories (including the whip itself) just like our previous collaboration. And as before they're not included in my pack so get them here.
No Patrons exclusive bonus this time because I really can think anything else left to port.
