Main Street Townhomes - 40x30 - Residential
Added 2022-02-10 00:56:41 +0000 UTCI built these awhile ago, but I decided that these would be perfect to add more realism to your game.
If you have the University Expansion Pack you can use that roommate system to add sims to the homes (just make sure you lock the doors for specific sims!). Or you can use LittleMsSam's Roommates Mod.
Make sure bb.moveobjects is on before placing so nothing disappears off the lot.
