This month's 360!
What would happen if a girl's right femur, tibia and fibula are all fractured and that the fracture site are too swollen to be casted?
You put them in skeletal traction of course! Be it surgery or being casted, skeletal traction is the way to go to wait for the swelling while immobilizing the affected area. Too much swelling means no surgery or cast!
I hope you enjoy this month's 360 view~
Cheers~!
