lately, I've been drawn to colorful and bright things that remind me of childhood and storybooks. I love how expressive and imaginative these works often are and wanted to try making things that would fill me with a similar warmth and whimsy.

above: was recently admiring my basil plant and imagined how cute it would be if little fairies were living amongst the leaves in a world of their own. I especially loved the idea of the piece bursting with color and fun stylization to create a world that felt full of life and wonder.

and this month's sticker! I loved the idea of fairies dancing joyfully amidst a rain shower and thought it'd make for a cute sticker. have been exploring more collage and graphic design elements as of late and it's been fun incorporating more of that into my art~
