Hi, cakes.
After the high of finishing the Copycat story last month, I had hoped to take that momentum and get to finishing a minor path of Hiroko's Gullible storyline. I wanted to focus, check it off the list, and move onto something else quickly.
I know I've said I've struggled plenty of times before, but I don't think anything has blocked me as much as trying to finish this one! I thought maybe the time away and the aforementioned momentum would've allowed me to come back to look on this path with clearer eyes and a fresh perspective, but it just didn't turn out that way. I hit the same wall as before.
So what's written here isn't much evolved from last time. The scene I was stuck on has been scripted to a conclusion, and there's a half-finished attempt at an ending. But that's as far as I got with the writing this month.
Just to remind everyone, this new part of the script can be found by starting Hiroko's route and picking the following options: Convince her she's ticklish, Don't help her, Find out how gullible she is, Stop for now, Put an end to my pranks.
But now on to the good news. Those last CGs for Copycat are now in so that story path is officially complete! The penlight-involved scene in the karaoke booth in particular came out well so at the very least that's worth checking out in this release.
Anyway, I'll keep trying for next month. There should be some movement on it, plus I'll no doubt be taking on another path regardless of how I do on Gullible. I really want to get going again!
