Prologue update

I've seen way too many confused people so I want to explain what exactly Prologue is. 

Monster Girl Island: Prologue is not a "demo", or a build like the ones before. It's a full release that will be first released for patrons and sometime later on Steam. Yes, Prologue is still part of what'll eventually become the final release of MGI, but it works as a standalone first part of the story.

Prologue is not only the amalgamation of most of the builds released thus far, it's also cohesively put together and polished to a release level. It also has tons of new content. Not so much in the lewd department (more on that later), but it greatly expands on what the "day" builds were. 

In Chapter 1 (formerly day 1) the main questline was entirely remade, new scenes were added and you even visit a new area (that I won't spoil  👀 )

Chapter 2 has about twice the amount of stuff to do as before and the existing content was all updated.

Chapter 3 is still in progress, but I don't expect too many changes from the day 3 build besides some extra content.

Chapter 4 is mostly uncharted territory.

 Lastly, I've mentioned that Prologue won't have new lewd scenes, however, all the existing ones are being upgraded to different degrees.

So, I know the biggest question is: When?

But sadly I can't tell for certain. I can tell you what's left though. I still need to upgrade Renge's  and Adeline's scene and make 2 cutscenes for chapter 4. I also have to set up the recipes for the clothing and food shops and maybe create new collectible resources for them. I still need to make 1 or 2 phone apps, some menu things and a couple of flashback scenes. I also need to check some parts of chapter 3 but I doubt there's much broken in there. I need to take into account debugging as well, that may take a bit. I'm probably forgetting some stuff but that's the big picture. I know it sounds like a lot left, but trust me, that's nothing compared to everything that has been done so far.

I was gonna make a poll as well for some semi-related stuff, but this post is pretty long already so I'll save that for another time.
