Leviathan already exists in the lore of the game. As mentioned in day 2 by Sayuri, she is the empress of the "northern seas", the area Mako was born in before leaving for the Dragonlands where she met Eydis.
Demon girl is more of a wildcard. Demons were thought to be extinct in the MGI universe, she might be the sole survivor of her kind that awakened after a long time.
