My AI journey and some thoughts.

So lately all my free time i spent researching ai and looking for ways how can it help me as an artist. I don't want to share this outside of Patreon yet, cuz i want more progress, but at this point the only thing that I'm missing - is time.
Creating beautiful, finished images tat originally scared artists so much, that already have everything you want - is easy, but it has small resolution and that's why don't have a lot of value for an artist to begin with. As inspiration maybe or as a reference. So that's why my goal, for now, is to teach ai to create sketches to work with. Of course - on my own sketches.
I already tried to make my own ai(LoRa) with my artstyle, and it's worked, but i immediately saw that it needed correction, and the next update note will be about that.
How are you thinking about ai? I still don't fully agree with myself on it yet, i have mixed opinions on its ethics. But it is the future, and as a technology - i really like it. I really don't want to be outdated, and will do my best to find ways for ai to help artists.

Mixed as well, yeah. However.. as long as it's used to support the artist (trained with the own work as you said) and not more or less to.. replace the artists as some people try.. Sure, why not.

2023-03-13 15:18:30 +0000 UTCI have mixed emotions on Ai as well. I definitely can see its uses as a tool like what you have tried here. Something Ai has done for me is it made me realize I wish to create a more unique style overall for myself.
