🌹 Modern Contemporary House 🌹

I was playing around with eco friendly aspects and an open space plan layout, this is the result. Since this is the first build I´m posting on here, I´m not quite sure what I´m doing but I hope some of you like it nonetheless.
This build includes three double bed bedrooms, three bathrooms, two living areas, two dining areas, a kitchen, a study, a music room, a gym, a gazebo and a roofed over pool. It´s also cat-friendly. (Could easily be changed for you who prefer other four legged friends) This build is completely CC-Free.
