Free bonus: long video tutorial 'a Comic Page from A to Z with Krita'

Hi patrons!

Here is a free bonus: a 1h46min video tutorial commented on Youtube. ★

Why? Just after finishing the episode 18 of Pepper&Carrot in the start of August 2016, I had a little week of holidays at the mountain. I usually spend my time on holidays to do plenty of drawing on my sketchbook, draft new ideas, invent new characters, create new storyboard, etc... But this time, nothing! Nothing of this did happen. The only thing I could think was about my digital-painting workflow. In this context, it was impossible to focus on making a new episode. I know myself a bit; when I'm the victim of a passion for something, I have to put it down: my only escape is to let the idea grow and finish/publish it. Then only I can dream again. So I started to take notes for this tutorial, and I quickly saw page after pages it was a long project, something ambitious, something big, something of the size of my previous Dvd Chaos&Evolution and Blend&Paint .  That's how started this video...

So why this video? Because it's something I wanted to offer to my patrons, *you* as a free bonus ; especially my patrons 'Heros' and 'Super Patrons' who express support for the free bonus, tutorial and resources. More information on the dedicated article published on my blog here: http://www.davidrevoy.com/article321/comic-page-from-a-to-z-with-krita

I hope you'll like it! Now time to start episode 19, but before ; I'm traveling this week-end to Netherlands for the Krita sprint 2016. I'll spam exceptionally update, photos, medias for this special event on G+ and Twitter. I'm preparing my bag!

Psst: Your english isn't bad! You just have a word mixed up where they sound the same but the spelling means something different. Grate should be Great. :-P

EXCELENT. I WOULD LIKE SO MUCH TO BE YOUR PATRON, BUT I NEED FOUNDS MYSELF. YOUR WORK IS GRATE. SORRY FOR MY ENGLISH. YOUR TUTORIALS HELP ME A LOT. THENK YOU SO MUCH.

I m enjoying the video very much! The sound effects you use for English "Ploop" for an object that is small entering shallow water---a large object(large stone, human body, etc.) "Splash". "Plop" suggests soaked clothes hitting the floor. "Flick" should be used for the ring toss panel. I hope these English words help you. Philippe Jean Edward Bateman
