Pepper character design

As you saw on the previous comic I had a little issue to decide about her design ( in ep1 she is younger than in ep2 ). For the work-in-progress ep3, I decided to work on her design a lot. This speedpainting is one of my research the more near to what I'm looking for after dozens of sketch : not too young, not too old, full of energy and funny. Ep3 will reveal more about her personnality. Feedback and crits welcome :-)
