He’s enjoying a bit of recreational smoking, in his hand you can see a large golden orb with a tube coming out of it. The tube goes into his nose just below his eyes, whereby he exhales the smoke with his mouth on his chest.

That’s a very interesting idea though Erika and one I will have to think on further.

They can basically inhale and exale the smoke at the same time. At least that's what it seems to be. Their "noses" seem to be quite capable.

It's also quite impressive just how much personality and history can be accertained from Janudua by just looking at him and listening to his titles, it makes it clear he is a respected, powerfull, wise and veteran old kolaxan, and that he clearly knows it. Btw, I got a question regarding those Kolaxan like beings hunting "blimps" in the bushes, are they Kolaxan children or another Kolaxan like species from Romonia like the Ugrumph?

My idea was actually the other way around, the blimp like creatures are more like humming birds and the plants like flowering flora. The upright alien is the Baron of Janudua station, the animal is an Ugramph and it’s like a domesticated predatory animal. Haha the Kolaxans aren’t the most chill, they often taken by flights of passion, they’re quite snobby and they’re not the most welcoming of outsiders. Some of the aliens would be chill though I imagine 😂

2024-06-28 21:13:51 +0000 UTCI have plans within plans haha, I would like to create a prequel to Humanity Lost set during the Human-Conglomerate war and the All-mothers takeover. I also have a colossal fantasy story that I’ve been working on for years, that’ll be my next big project after Humanity Lost has concluded. Both the SLOW and the ELAN will be featured in the book with due time, but I can explain briefly here. The slow is a universe where the cosmic speed limit is much slower than our own, light behaves strangely and projectile weapons are rendered useless. The ELAN is a universe of pure energy, the Over-fathers draw energy from the ELAN when they preform their direct energy attacks. How they do this is all to do with the psionic amplifiers in their suits, they have a field around them which they are able to manipulate space time with. When they fire a beam like they do, they’re briefly opening a miniature tear in space time to allow a gush of ELAN energy to flow through. Oof I can’t say I know to much about that subject, but I’m totally open to suggestions! The Overfathers have large oddly shaped heads, so there’s a possibility there 🤔

2024-06-28 21:13:27 +0000 UTCOh man, I totally love this page. All the frames are the best of the best. After studying it for 10 minutes... The sky is painted on the rock and has lights all over. The aliens in the weeds are kinda feral and seem to be hunting bugs. Young? The upright alien has a missing tentacle and feeler feather along with scars. I assume thats his female/consort he's got on a tether? Honestly, some of me wants to think I'd have no problem hanging out with them. Then I see the venus-flytrap on steroids mouth they have and it sets me on my heels. I get the feeling we would probably have a hard time getting along with most actual aliens. Its one thing if they're like intelligent cats or centaurs etc, but quite another if they're spider like. Perhaps if they were really abstract like a Man-O-War it would be easier than if they have an evil looking face or long blades and spikes even if they were super friendly.

What are the Slow and Elan universes used for by the Imperium? And how do their directed energy weapons work? Do Over-Father's have extra brains? Do their cells use proteins and DNA as computers to make their nervous system even more powerful? Are there implanted biocomputers that use light or quantum properties to achieve immense processing power? In other words, how do their brains work?
