Hopefully in the future we can find replacements for these damages they will likely not be stock and not perfect but there is always a solution to any problem even if it's isn't the one we prefer.

Fabricate additional body panels, or additional chassis components, or build carbon panels, or toss it in a corner until you need a distraction?

You already said that because of its legal classification it doesn't have to meet any safety standards. Something along the lines of an Ariel Atom or VW sandrail, if it has an type of "exoskeleton" frame it wouldn't matter if it rolled again, just tip it back over.
