Frightful commentary on how a mob mentality can form. From rumour, and hearsay, or suits, and falsified misdirection, false mistrustful, misguilded smiles. Whatever brainwashed slight of perspectives, sadly, the show reveals truths that bake in the Countries blind sides... Where a beast bests everyone and should have been a Convict for the evil he furvours and selfishly creates. The Monster maybe Human, and ignorant, but he also sadly exists. And those simple enough to support him, are causing fissures of discontent and discordance among his Countries people. Who's to say, The Writers of BTVs didn't foresee, a differen't future. This episode was not favoured amongst the Buffy Fangdom. But it can have just as much importance, as a more beloved one. Seeing how easy it is to encite a crowd, in a small Towne like Salem Mass 1600 It isn't horribly unfathomable, how people have jumped to conclusions, and invoked suspison amongst their lesser known Neighbors, way back when ignorance was regaled. But truth was dangerously silenced. And so was thy Neighbors upon dominos falling, the Towneship burned, and Salem lost many innocent souls in time of accusational disruption, and primitive anti Religious blame. It's only lives Right Trump. Just like the House of Reps being attacked by the Vicious mad furvour of a Dic* Weed Prez a Dent. The People still voted in again? Sheep that Man refered to his fellow American's... A sobering thought. When Dictators are regaled and worshipped, instead of good hearted people, who would have cared for Country, and it's people, who could have made the Country better again, not sadly worse. This episode then becomes a template for learn from the past and it's mistakes. Otherwise, you watch the Country burn, and lose what positive, thoughtful, foundations some Presidentialy better leaders hoped and tried to make. Better repesentation, for a sadly already Broken down Societies Justice system, and truths silenced, to calm the Court, and pass Judgement today without proof of tampered circumstantial evidence. A good leader should be able to follow in the footsteps of the people He (She) serves. Trump has proven the opposite of Competent Leader, and more has been Dinosaur Neanderthal tactics, who's only accolades was to Fire People, on TV. And regale bad Celebertaunts to become dirty back stabbers... Yeah, he was a perfect choice for Power grabbing, and Rich boz play at being in control of a Country that starved for difference, and Eco, and social understanding. Buffy's beloved viewer Community had no need to understand the pivitol necessity that Gingerbread episode Represented at a more simpiler the time. Joyce say's it during her podeum stand, for Community misjustice, tho repeated misinterpretation. She said to the Mayor and all of the equally misunderstanding hoard. No, Mister Mayor, Silence is this townes destruction... No one dares speak out when they are told they shouldn't speak out against attrocities, or a President who clearly isn't. And isn't a good or just Leader. And actually blind sides the Country and only drains the fragile resources we the Country were given and possessed, before the harm was done, and the Country would once more be in danger of a real Hell mouth, created by a paranoid F***wad administration instead of true leader's with the heart of the Country, and they're people in mind. And not a Paranoid mad old foccil file of a man, A** Hat. Who turns into a Meglo maniac who'$ only de$ire i$ to bankrupt the poor, and Feed the Rich... A true Demonic Beast, with big plan$ that will and has ruined all the good that was the United States of America once. This episode goes to show what sadly can happen when a Demonic force has taken hold, of that most precious of free wills and potentionally good hearts. Mistaken, misinformed, and slight of hand by a snake oil Medicine Man offering the people what they think they need and decide what they think they want, to Fix everything, only to end up burning everything they once cared about. Puts things in perspective, for the suffocating, blinding acceptance of futures to come... Gingerbread innocuous title for a episode, that numbs us as it should.
