Kraven's Big Day: A Spider-Man Story

If you started watching this channel in the past six months, you might watch this and think, "What IS this garbage?" If you've been watching since before last November, you're probably thinking, "Hey, it's a video like the old days!"

Before the end of last year, this channel was almost entirely wacky narrative shorts, frequently about movies or comic books. There's been a big shift toward non-fiction content lately, but I'm working on striking a balance between the two.

THIS video is one that I wrote a year ago. I had this dumb idea, wrote it in ten minutes, and that exact script is what you see onscreen.

Then because of delays in making the Kraven vest, Scott being unable to shave his beard due to being cast in other acting gigs, and various scheduling issues, it took us until now to make it. And still, after waiting ten months, we had to shoot the bulk of it in ONE HOUR due to more crazy scheduling.

But now it's done, and it makes me laugh.

Kendra made the Kraven vest. Our prop master Paul Steadham sent me detailed directions to make the spider web (it's all hot glue). Scott was Kraven. Jake was Spider-Man AND the Business Man. And Chloe was the Business Woman. These guys are all great.
