Auth fix for yearly pledged and cancelled members

I have finally figured out how to deal with patreon's silly API in regards to detecting yearly pledges and in general total lifetime support.

Users that decided to use annual support plans and users who cancelled their pledge were not being detected properly when authenticating on the website. Now as long as you've got any total lifetime donation, the authentication should pick up your patreon status.

If your akasha profile was affected then do the following:
1. Authenticate with Patreon once again on akasha.cv (even if you are already authenticated, just do it again)
2. If all went well you should notice that the ads on the website disappeared.
3. Press "refresh builds" button on your *bound* profile.
4. The profile should gain the patreon perks (cyan glow, uploading card pictures to the server)

New patreon perk

All Enka and Akasha patreons can now upload custom character card art to the server, meaning everyone will see your cards with custom art instead of the default gacha pic. Now that I am finished with some database optimizations and the website should be prepared for any wave of new users without choking to death, I am back to making character leaderboards.

Adding new accounts

Adding new accounts to Akasha System is resumed, the login system however is still broken and I am working on a solution.
