Shen Makes an Earnest Attempt at Making a Fursona (Pt. 2)

[x] Pick 3 animals
[x] Do studies of those animals. Takes notes on any defining characteristics that could be included in an anthro version (1 hr)
[x] Do studies of anthro art (30 minutes)
[ ] Create 3 anthro designs (1 per animal)
[ ] Iterate on them each of them once
[ ] Pick the one I like most
[ ] Iterate on it 2 more times
[ ] Make a cool drawing of it, where I vary up the angle and pose a bit
We've done the first 3 steps, so today we'll be tackling THIS:
[ ] Create 3 anthro designs (1 per animal)
Before doing this though, I do want to make this a recognizably "Shen" fursona, so I need to figure out what actually makes Shen recognizable. I've decided it's these things:
The hair shape, the face, the sweatshirt straps, and the color yellow. We'll use these poses as the template. Let's do this.
THE CRAB
THE RACCOON
THE OWL
Next up, I'll be doing this:
[ ] Iterate on them each of them once
Meaning that I'm gonna see if I can make each of them a little more appealing before I decide on which one I like most.

I did just get here to participate in the fursona creation aspect ofc, but how can we pick a fursona if we don't get to also compare the invariable rule 63 fem variants in advance? Like right now it feels like we are sleeping on crabshen, but what if we miss how peak femcrab might go? Gotta cover all our bases. I have no alternative agenda in this suggestion.

It doesn't seem to be as popular as the other two but I just needed to let you know how cool I think it is 😁
