Chapter 8 Pages 1-5

Five pages of chapter 8, which is so far nameless, complete! This cold open sequence has been a fucking blast to draw. I'm pretty attached to this antagonist's design, too. Like most characters I don't "plan" on needing, I design them on the page, rather than separately. My main cast had a long time of limbo existence where I doodled a lot, trying to nail down what they'd look like. Not so for random characters like this guy, who was perfect from the start.

I've already started on the next five pages. At this point I'm hoping to keep up a once a month update schedule for Patreon like I did for general release. I'm always learning new things and tweaking my process, and I could've finished these probably a week ago, but I was toying around with some tools and trying to replicate some effects I've seen elsewhere. The experimentation took up a bit of time, but I love the result!

I have LOTS of videos to edit for making all of these. That'll take some time because it's not really a priority, just something kinda fun to do and it also helps me know how much actual drawing time I spend on pages.

Oh, also, I never caught Covid. Don't know how I managed that one in a single-bathroom house. Everyone recovered and is back to normal!

I hope to be back soon to share some of the preliminary work I did in preparation for imitating another style. I hope Kazuki Takahashi's kinky ass appreciates the kind of work he inspires.
