2024-03-26 22:54:57 +0000 UTCWARNING - SPOILERS BELOW The story starts at a sort-of post-apocalyptic Earth. We are never told WHAT happened. The side-story of the enclosed school is played very close to the chest, before it's indirectly revealed that the side-story takes place in the past. In the post-credit scene, the last scene of the movie, we are back at side-story time and we see a handful of supernatural teens arriving at a regular modern day city, clearly pre-apocalypse. It IS a cliffhanger because there're 2 great questions created and left unanswered: 1) It's implied that the kids might've caused the monster apocalypse. How? 2) All this time, we were led to believe that the enclosed school facility was protecting the kids from the apocalypse, and that there was nothing outside. How will the kids react to the world and how will the world react to the supernatural and the facility shenanigans? This is the cliffhanger. Literally, we're left at the first steps of the monster apocalypse.

2024-03-26 18:29:03 +0000 UTCout of the 3 here i think i would enjoy it the best. odd taxi i have zero interest in and summertime render loses it at around the 6th episode. i did give heavenly delusion a chance and actually watched it and its ok. not really that big a fan of the b plot but the a plot is pretty good. the biggest negative i have for the show is THAT part. it just seemed like it was put there for shock value and kinda ruins the whole rest of the season.

I follow a LOT of Patreon channels, and 6 of the reactors I support are in the middle of HxH right now. It gets old after a while. Long story short, I can understand if you feel that way about Heavenly Delusion.
