She then RUNS from the center of the lake into the woods after freezing it, showing that she is aware the threat the monsters face and not flying back and making herself a target.

2024-03-24 07:14:27 +0000 UTCVery insightful to comment on Kanna and Lawine possibly being given a "free pass" by being teamed up with Frieren, juxtaposed with dialogue during the episode about the importance of upholding the prestige of the first-class mage title. Their specialties are actually quite well-suited to the test but they probably wouldn't have ever realized it without Frieren's strategizing. Hopefully being exposed to how a top-tier mage thinks and operates will help the two develop exponentially.
