I have no idea how a parapolitical expert like aaron doesn’t “get” tucker. Its we clear as day what and who he is. Demonising trans people and immigrants on a regular basis isn’t that confusing to me personally. He’s playing to a crowd.

2023-05-06 06:26:10 +0000 UTCIt's also extremely strange that Glenn Greenwald seemingly allows no nuanced discussion or critique of Tucker Carlson and other newly minted far right "anti-war" figures. It's either Tucker is now 100% good and perfect (as opposed to the "old" bowtie wearing, neocon Tucker that we're supposed to believe had some kind of awakening or transformation) or Greenwald unleashes fire and fury on you and treats you like you're some MSNBC-watching liberal who just wants to go to brunch. When Ben Norton posted a Twitter thread that accurately and factually pointed to the many glaring inconsistencies and massive inauthenticity of several supposed "anti-war" types on the far right, Greenwald scolded Ben like a six-year-old and said, "According to your religion, virtuous ideas only reside on the Left."
